We had our first major snowstorm of the 07-08 season hit late Saturday and through most of the day Sunday. I believe the official snowfall in the Midland area came to around 8 inches and when you add that to what was already on the ground and you have up to 12 inches of snow and ice.
I took a quick walk around the neighborhood early Sunday morning (at a time which I normally get ready for church which had already cancelled services for the day). Here are a few photos of what I saw. All photos are reduced in size so it wouldn't take an hour to download to Blogger.
